I hereby agree to the following:

1. Authority to Sign and Bind
   I confirm that I am duly authorized to sign this document on behalf of the company named above and that I have the legal capacity to bind the company to the obligations outlined herein. Supporting documentation evidencing this authority will be provided upon request.
2. Accuracy of Information
   I affirm that all information provided in this form, including company details, contact information, VAT numbers, and any other relevant data, is true, accurate, and complete. I understand that any false or misleading information provided may result in the rejection of this application or the termination of the business relationship.
3. Payment Terms
   All invoices issued by the Challenge Group are to be paid in accordance with CASS Terms, if applicable, or within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
   The group, at its sole discretion, may require a bank guarantee or security deposit for credit terms; otherwise, transactions will proceed on a prepayment basis.
4. Invoice Claims
   Any claims or disputes related to invoices must be submitted in writing within seven (7) working days from the date the invoice is received. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
5. Authorization for Reference Checks
   By submitting this form, you expressly authorize Challenge Group to conduct inquiries into the banking and trade references provided, and you consent to the disclosure of such information for this purpose.
6. Consent for Data Processing
   If you have submitted the form to Challenge Airlines Israel Ltd. ("Challenge IL"), the following provisions shall apply to the collection and processing of your personal data:
   (1) you confirm that your personal data has been provided voluntarily and that you are under no legal obligation to provide certain personal information.
   (2) you consent to the storage and maintenance of your personal data in the Challenge IL database, and that your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Customer Privacy Notice available on the Challenge Group website at: www.challenge-group.com/customers-notice.
7. EU GDPR
   Personal data collected through this Registration form is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). 8. Consent to Policies and Terms
   By signing this form, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to comply with all applicable policies, terms, and conditions of Challenge Group as published on the group’s official website.
