Challenge Technic, the group’s maintenance subsidiary, ensures that Challenge Group’s fleet is always ready to fly. It also serves a large number of airlines globally from its locations in Iceland, Belgium, Germany, Israel, Malta, and Cabo Verde, offering a wide range of services. Challenge Technic include transit checks, ETOPS pre-flight checks, daily and weekly checks, A-checks, work packages, troubleshooting, engine washes, engine change services, cabin defect rectification, 24/7/365 AOG support, parts storage, associated logistics support, aircraft field representative support, flying spanner services, borescope inspections, and advisory services related to all of the foregoing.

Challenge Technic holds approvals from EASA 145, CAAI, TCCA Canada, UK 145, Bermuda, and Cape Verde.

Challenge Technic provides maintenance and repair services for the following types of aircraft:

• 737-300/400/500 (GL) & 737-600/700/800/900 (NG)
• 757-200/300 (RR RB211, PW 2000)
• 767-200/300 (PW 4000, GE 90)
• 747-400 (GE CF6, PW 4000, RR RB211) & 747-8 (GEnx)
• 777-200/300 (GE 90, RR Trent 800, PW 4000)
• A318/319/320/321 (CFM56, IAE V2500)
