    This weight loss program souds very good. Although I hope there also
    a motivational part in this program. I think that the most important factor in losing weight is a motivation. One should have a strong reason why to lose weight. I have managed to lose weight and keep it away by thinking everyday what are the benefits of being fit. Think what you want, not what you don’t want.
