12 Week Challenge
The Weight Loss Challenge is a fun 12 week programme to help you reach your weight-loss goals and improve your diet and lifestyle choices. At the end of the 12 weeks, the top 3 challengers who have lost the most weight or body fat will cash prizes – the biggest loser wins!
Unlike traditional slimming clubs, they provide more than the average ‘pay-weigh-and-go’ class.
The weekly sessions will include educational talks on key nutrition topics as well as a personal ‘wellness coach’, who will conduct a ‘wellness evaluation’ for each individual to provide hints and tip, help and support.
A body composition analysis will also identify individuals’ percentage body fat, how much muscle mass they have, how hydrated they are and what their metabolic age is.
At the end of the 12 weeks the biggest loser wins £300*, 2nd = £200, 3rd = £100, based on 30 participants.
